ReconsiDer's Board ReconsiDer’s major decisions are made by our Board of Directors. The board provides oversight and meets as necessary to discuss important issues facing the organization. The board members have been active with the organization for many years . They are: one of our most popular speakers, retired police captain Peter Christ, , Anthony Malavenda, a successful businessman , James Schofield, Esq. an attorney and college ethics professor and one of the founders of ReconsiDer, Michael Smithson, an air-traffic controller , Rev. Larry Ellis, a prominent Syracuse minister, and Ted Shepard, an economics professor at LeMoyne College. ReconsiDer also has a
